後方左肩骨經過頸部至右肩骨水平測量長度

胸圍
腋下通過胸部最豐滿處水平測量一圈總長。通常經過胸尖為最大胸圍

腰圍
腰部最細處水平測量一圈總長。通常肚臍處上下兩指之間為腰部最細

臀圍
在臀部最豐滿處水平測量一圈總長。通常亞洲人大腿根部更為發達,可測量屁股最翹水平一圈與大腿大腿根部水平一圈,取較大值者



脖子與肩膀交接處經過胸尖高點垂直向下量身為總衣長
